- Updated rule for Challenging Contracts - initiating player only needs minimum of 1 PRISM, loser of Challenge receives all PRISM involved in Challenge. This was done to make Challenging simpler and more attractive, and compensation was increased to compensate.
- Added Side A Exchange Board and Powers with new, simpler Powers. Added option for easier first game.
- Changed Side B Exchange Powers for Coastal Contracts to boost number of Contracts looked at by 1 for the 1st Level Power, and 2nd Level Power changed to search for specific Contract types and changed AP bonus to only trigger if this option is used by discarding PRISM. Increased number of Contracts looked at in line with other Contract availability changes. Changed up 2nd Level Power to something less likely to chain multiple AP and also to be in line with other Powers that require some resource commitment (discarding PRISM).
- Added optional rule for counting Upgrade bonus scoring. Added option for easier first game.
- Changed Industrial Upgrade bonus scoring to emulate/repeat scoring patterns for other District types. Try to reduce information load by repeating information. Old bonus scoring saved and moved to possible Expansion Module.
- Added new rule to optional Agendas allowing second player to achieve the goal to negate the first player's gain. Hoping this adds interaction without adding complexity. Might still look to more robust Agenda/bonus points system in possible Expansion Module.
- Changed the default Contract drawing action to look at 4 and pick 2. Boosted default Contract availability to eliminate feel-bad when player realises they would have gotten a free contract from the Management reset anyway. This might also counterbalance possible boost to Challenging Contracts.
- Contracts no longer have their own discard pile and excess Contracts are returned to the deck instead.
- Clarified wording in starting Districts to "Built Pylons" so players are clear the Pylons start built on the starting District.
